Notes About Scheduling  Appointments 

Winter Season

Please understand, when scheduling appointments during the winter months (December-March), that appointments may need to be cancelled/rescheduled due to weather conditions.

Poor road conditions due to snow or ice can pop up unexpectedly during the season. 

I will not know these conditions exist until the morning of the appointment, so please understand I may need to call you on late notice.

2006-2007 was the first full winter we experienced with the original van, and we learned the lessons the season taught us. The new van is equipped with a anti-freezing system which should solve the problems we experienced last year because of frozen plumbing.

We value your business and hope you will remain with us for your grooming needs.  If you feel you cannot risk cancellation during these months, you may wish to make other grooming arrangements during the season.

Thank you for your understanding and patience during these frustrating times. We are certainly looking forward to the warmer months.

Van Maintenance

While I make every effort to have routine maintenance performed on the van during non-appointment days, occasionally the van may experience a mechanical difficulty, as all vehicles tend to do. Unfortunately, these issues are unexpected, resulting in delays or cancellations.

Mechanical problems may also warrant the rescheduling of appointments while the issue is resolved.
